the fact is, everyone knows that Songo, with its existing market and infrastructure, is a winner in the long run, no matter what happens - either they will expand the plant and open the door for more players, or else we will have a highly prized asset to sell to the existing operators further down the line.

the only reason why the sp stays down now is because the big interests are all already set, whereas the small players are all waiting for someone else to kick start a frenzy.
