I think maybe a few selling all or part of LTR to go to AVZ, who have just sold 24% of their landlocked 3rd world deposit to a Chinese Communist Party front company who will sit on it and block any development until the DRC government hand it over to them lock, stock, and barrel in 5 or 10 years.
