Sounds like this guy was heavily involved in the formation of the original deal.

I think this represents a different buyback program from the others.
Hence , not able to be part of the class action?
He was in charge of this[different program?] for 4 years before taking the plunge himself, so are there any others out there? One would presume so.

On the AFR write up , dont fall for the conspiracy theories Blue , it happens because people are interested in AMP , it makes good copy.
Whether someone is suing for a mill over a bill not paid for a property , doesn't have the same sense of fun as an AMP story.
Let's not forget who is responsible for making AMP so interesting in the first place.
