production average head grade for Burns reef during the time of WMC(GMA) 1930's - 50's was 40g/t Au.

in the 2008 Jorc report Burns reef is listed as having twice as much ore left intact then has ever been mined in the past.

so 123 years after first being discovered Burns reef on level 4 - 6 remains a jewel yet to yield her full bounty.
