    People thinking this is a poor deal are treating this as a project instead of a Company.

    51% of 1,600,000 Ktpa spod is more than 75% of 700,000 ktpa.

    Also, don’t forget younger (but not necessarily smaller) brother at Carrier which is 100% and will likely stay at a high ownership % with the cash flows from Roche Dure
