What most people don't understand a very conservative approach towards a resource is what is needed meter's of DD drilling.
When you see not much Grey hair on the board this could mean disaster. In saying this it does not mean some young gun has it wrong. Grey hair means experience! Too many positive announcements to pump up share price is a recipe for disaster .And so what if some have worked at big miners previously.
1 What position did they hold ,was it a senior position ?
2 How long did they stay in that position ?
3 What discovery did they play a significant role in.?
4 What deposit did they bring into production?
5 Was that deposit successful ?
6 Is it still operating today ,or was it taken over by another mining company?
7 Did the project stay within AISC?
8 What mining school did they attend?

On the board itself you must have GREY HAIR , AND MOST IMPORTANTLY you need geologists, metallurgist's, mining engineers, with real experience in previous senior positions with serious mining company's and not some fancy talking investment people. This of course is my simple opinion and i well could be wrong. Management can only do what the board decides!
