    The last announcement quite clearly states that HAW did not take participate in the rights issue and as a result has incurred a 50% dilution in it's percentage entitlement.

    This dilution has decreased the company's percentage interest to below 5% of the new level of shares by QUR and as such, HAW ceased to be a substantial shareholder of QUR.

    I can't see ANY reference to HAW selling ALL of their shares???
