The potential of this is huge. Over 1.9 million members worldwide and we will have the ability to market our product directly to every one of of those members via virtual events, podcasts and research projects! If just 1% of their (HR.com) membership base signed with AOM and took it back to their companies/employees...the numbers are astounding! We also knew there was going to be a reduction in margin and or cost with a channel partner, saved us throwing tons of cash at trying to set up a US operation.
Hopefully we can bolt on the new Apply Direct Software once complete and get some cross sells for that product out of this new agreement as well. Be really positive to have that in the North American market.
The future is looking very bright, the share price will catch up eventually, it always does
