You can hardly blame McCabe for the insecurity. Valad bought from him in good faith at the time and he sold to them. Nobody screwed the others arms. McCabe did not cause the crisis and the price slump. He could have acted harsher towards Valad but instead he has chosen to join them in a revival. He probably played a big part in the finance deal with the bank which has been the main stabilising factor for VPG. I'm expecting him to play a big part in the revival of VPG as an important and valuable part of the property market.
We can not change the past, we can only make the best of what the fuiture offers. I'll be happy with a slow but steady increase in the SP.
