what is everyone's thoughts on resolution 6? Neil young already has incentive of 7,500,000 performance rights to complete a production test by 13/12/23. an extra 2 million shares to bring this forward 6 months seems a bit excessive to me.
also why dont they define what stage 1, 2 and 3 is.
