An interesting aspect of Kodal's 'feasibility study' is that it talks about resources only, not reserves, yet it also discusses JORC compliance..
Not knowing the rules for AIM market listed companies, I would assume that their 'feasibility study' is more like a scoping study here. Reserves cannot be mentioned in scoping studies, and PFS or DFS has a reserve for the mining life, not resources.
Notice their study is not a PFS, nor DFS, just a 'feasibility study'. It was also dated January 2020. Basically I'd ignore their numbers as way out of date and not as precise as MLLs from last year.
The Bardoc increase in cap costs is since their DFS that was dated March 2021, so a 31% increase in 6 months. I suspect that increase is across the mining industry, with more to come the way supply lines are disrupted and energy costs are increasing..
