in fairness this issue is worth more than an i'm disappointed. you seem to be missing the point and i think the following questions deserve valid answers and not an oh its ok you guys have done good so far don't worry about it.
why wait to raise the funds if they had no intention of using the debt facility?
where has the money from the debt facility gone, as its fully taped?
why has the cash consideration for airloom doubled?
