so 40% of short term incentives is for the CEO doing marketing
as for long term incentives, the CEO needs DRR to outperform the iron ore price. So if iron drops by 50% and drr drops by 30%, the CEO gets a big reward.
What a joke. I think I will sell my shares if this cash grab gets approved.
