If you genuinely think interest rates will go any where near 6% than you don’t actually know anything about current macro and microeconomic conditions. Also if you want to talk interest rates go post on one of the general forums as many of us are getting sick to f*ckin death of the endless sh*t clogging up the threads about anything other than Zip.
