Sorry to hear about your condition.
Incidentally (I'm no Doc by the way so completely disregard this post if you think its not applicable)....in the last MPS forum with the researchers investigating iPPS at Mt Sinai that involved a couple of scientists discussing the merits (and incredible results!) of iPPS they mentioned a reduction in inflammatory markers in the brain, a crossing of the BBB if you will, one of the inflammatory biomarkers was reduced by some 16%. I'm under the impression that brain injury is inflammatory in nature?
Let me know if you need any more info and I can search for more results on this if it at all could one day apply to you?
