6.19 Future Options Issue
The Company proposes to make an offer of Future Options on a 1 for 4 basis to
Shareholders of the Company that are recorded as Shareholders on the
Company’s share register as at the record date, where the record date is set as
the date which is approximately three months from the date of listing of the
Company on the ASX, in order for Shareholders to participate in the future

development of the Company. A Future Option will be subscribed for at a price
of $0.01 per Future Option and will have an exercise price of $0.25 per Option and
an expiry date which is three years from the date of issue. The Company currently
intends to apply for quotation of the Future Options subject to meeting all ASX
requirements.
