Welcome to the wild west that is hc. Don't be fussed too much by posters like endless getting cranky. You have as much right to post here as they do but just beware that you should never take anything you read here at face value.

Which is why endless rightly reminded everyone to DYOR - do your own research. Most of the people who post on hc are guessing or bluffing so if you read something about a stock here, assume that it is wrong but try to work out on what basis they would say what they said.

Depending on how committed you are to investing in speculative stocks (like any of the junior goldies) then I would suggest you read up on probabilities and heuristics. A lot of what goes on in the speculative end of investing comes down to dumb luck and false assumptions. A lot of the chatter that goes on in hc is due to people mistaking good luck for skill and bad luck to some conspiracy theory.
