The parties have agreed to extend the agreement to the 20th of July 2021 to finalise the new binding agreement. The Company will release full details of the final agreed terms for the acquisition once the binding agreement has been executed.

30-jul
The parties are now in the process of updating the Acquisition Agreement which is expected to result in a material reduction in the acquisition amount as announced on 19 April 2021. AHI anticipate a further update will be provided to shareholders by the end of August, to give the parties sufficient time to conclude the updated Acquisition Agreement.
