I use a few online brokers, including CommSec. But the arrangement for your dividend payments etc are made when you purchase the shares via the CHESS arrangements - EVN are managed by Link Market Services, who arrange the dividend payments to your nominated account.... but as you already hold EVN, I assume you have this sorted already ?
