Wonder how many lazy PPK Shareholders gave their LI-S species away for 50c each to these snakes back in March!

Dear Shareholder,

As you would be aware, PPK Group Limited announced a ‘special dividend’ on 11 December 2020. This distribution took the form of an ‘in-specie’ transfer of shares in unlisted company Li-S Energy Limited (Li-S). For every PPK share held on the entitlement date, shareholders received 0.3846 shares in Li-S, equating to A$0.025 per share.

The Li-S shares were distributed on 23 December 2020.

At present, there is no mechanism for Li-S shareholders to crystallise their shares into cash. Finexia Securities has fielded some interest from other parties in Li-S shares and as a consequence I am writing to gauge your interest in converting your holding holdings to cash. At this particular point in time, Finexia would pay A$0.50 per fully paid ordinary Li-S share.
