If i understand correctly, you are saying that the forces of demand will completely outstrip supply for the amount of ADS listed for the IPO, and therefore we have a spike in price - thats what generally happens with an IPO, get the platform set and then market forces take over? Correct me if i have misunderstood your great analysis.
I bet there are a host of instit investors, and even big pharma's licking their chops at the prospect of our listing
