"Someone" doesn't have to be "one". Without a substantial notice holder notice in the next day or two, I'd say the likelihood would be for a combination of a few people, probably, specifically to avoid having to make that declaration.
But, it would be highly beneficil to all holders to know who that is or are and ASAP!!!! But, the fact that Icon has been able to get anything for a project that they genuinely have not been able to get for 7 years, like EVERY other fosil fuel explorer, is most certainly a positive in my book. Just pleased to be able to be talking about SOMEthing.
Maybe, just maybe, it's all about the hydrogen???
