I agree the drill partner will most likely have control of the drill date and as such I would expect it prior to the wet season up north i.e. started and completed prior to january 2010.
I dont believe an exprienced drill partner would drill in the monsoon season unlike MEO's past track record.
My guess is Woodside has a rig close to the action ready to go. So dont be suprised for a quick up and go.
