Don't forget that the buy back is over a long period and there is no guarantee that they even buy any. There won't be a massive jump in price and there shouldn't be an expectation of one. They will use the buy back to stop share price from dropping down into the 5c range on low volume like it recently did and will hopefully stop people playing games with the stock. If anything they might prop the share price up closer to options expiring. It's a great idea and should give everyone a bit more confidence to buy now. But It won't be used to inflate the price back up to the 14c range.
FYI I think this should be trading up around that 15-20c range, and hopefully finds its way back up there soon.
