well, sadly the share market doesn't really follow fundamentals. It pciks up on emotion and rides with it....

Fundamentally we know that the firm has money in the bank, some "pretty" good tenements other than the senegal prospect, and have the capability of closing the deal in strenous conditions. They have proven this time and again....

IMO i think that too much is weighed on the Shell go-ahead...it is true that they will need $ to start drilling their prospects in Senegal and it is also true that they will need a competent player - one that has the funds and political know-how to get through West Africa. But let us be reminded that FAR managed to deal with Shell and Hunt...tow major players in the oil game. Thet obviously have connections in the right places...

ultimately, i am of the opinion that they will get a farm-in to their Senegal prospects....patience is then needed. But profits to be reaped are quite huge.
