Yes, I'm afraid that does indeed say it all. On being asked why there was no progress on the Cortical spin-off (which is effectively identical in structure to this new rip -- err -- O mean spin-off), the speil from BPH was that market conditions were too bleak to float Cortical at this time.
Since market conditions have obviously improved, BPH hasn't troubled themselves to provide any updated excuses to Cortical subscribers.
Beware and be doubtful. I fell for this "share issue at no cost" bull 2+ years ago. I'd be a complete idiot to fall for it again, wouldn't I?
