the issues are;
- 110bopd loss, using past performance on well replacement it takes them 2-3 months. so looking at a loss of $700,000USD revenue @$70USD per barrel.
- going off memory - the last pump replacement was a one of cost of $1.8mil. might be cheaper now, refer to the latest bunch of announcements re CH6 using the new technology for well workovers.
- from the IRR research report they deliver oil to BP singapore when they reach 100,000 barrels in storage. a reduction to 720BOPD means it will take approximately 140 days to reach that target. this could lead to cash flow problems.
