If anyone thinks the BBI situation right now is "value investing", you would have to be bonkers.

Buying equity in BBI right now either via ords or prefs could only be called straight out speculation.

Granted, you may make money, but just as easily you could lose it all. That is not within cooeee of the definition of 'value investing'.

This is an extremely risky scenario. I personally think there is too much money for the CI to make for this not to happen, but you just never know. I certainly would not be recommending anyone else's money into something like this. People have to make their own decisions and make their own risks.
