Alan (Stock Swami) is already been sued for defamation by Tolga - assuming Tolga wins then he is going to be completely broke. Not much point suing someone with no money.
Yes this statement is completely defamatory. I used to respond to Alan on Twitter and refute his lies, but he blocked me. Tells you everything you need to know about his character.
