I usually use a PE 7. Much depends upon reserves.
Buy PE6
Hold up to PE 12
Sell PE15
This is as rough as. Look at future earning over 5 years.
A long term sustainable operation ie high reserves and low cash cost in a spec market could drive the PE into the 20s.
