How do i know what? It's pretty straight forward.
If one of the holders were forced to sell the price would tank. Why would they be forced to you ask....any number of reasons from business issues to rationalizing investments to covering other debts to receivership.
Example - let's say Tec-weld Services PTY LTD (number 20 of the T20) had to sell everything at short notice (day or two to facilitate the sale).....They have 900,000 shares.....there are nearly 700,000 shares buyers in the buy queue......what do you think would happen if tech-weld had to sell?
Yep, new buyers would step up and grab some of them but it would decimate the current SP. I personally wouldn't be jumping in to buy if it was clear someone was dumping.....who would know where it would stop!
