    A fund manager or two must be accumulating.
    Those guys are a bit like sheep.
    Once when one or two are in, the others hop in too.
    Then the Stock Makes the ASX 200 so more super funds hop on board, as it is part of the index.

    Could be back to $2 before you know it, and go much higher

    I reckon RCR have a fair part in the Gorgon Gas project so when that project gets approved shortly they will be very busy for the next few years.
