Let me ask. Is this all just a great bluff on the goverments part? Not entirely but can anyone tell me;
1) can the government get this legislation passed in this parliaments life? I suspect not and will have to wait to deal with greens after next election. I may be wrong. Thoughts.
2) The government has clear legal advice that it cannot compell TLS too sell Foxtel and Cable. So why include it in the legislation at all?
I suspect a lot of this is bravado and bluster to get there way. Which they probably will.
Bring on the shareholder law suits I say..
