A market is a market. There are always buyers and sellers. Daytraders/short term players/small punters/large punters are all over this stock. Where are the notices of increased shareholdings by instos? Nowhere to be seen. No insto or fund manager is going to buy a stock on death row. They will all wait for the deal to be finalised and then participate in the placement at rock bottom prices.
