Chair needs to make a clear statement about how this came about, whether Philippe was the sole cause of this mess - and if not have XTE done enough restructuring? Come clean about the XTClave machines operational readiness, capex blowout. What is the current US duplication situation - one must assume now that it's long delayed or plan is scrapped?
Revise the "100M pa company" fairy tales into a more reasonable and honest target.
WTF is going on with the virolens - removed from website, but $2.6M sunk into it.....
