They were keen to get the CVN version out early.
The CVN take says some horizontal deviation makes the most of these layered reservoirs. A sharp contrast to some of the frustration from earlier anns.
At least we are not hearing the horizontal lets in more water, and there is the implied confidence in POE which is important.
