I am following GCAR's 8.5% monthly compounding projections..

I am hoping GCAR's project is correct.. it would be awesome to see Sept 2022 which is if follow the linear pattern SP would be $21.31,,
I WOULD be jumping of the cliff oh!! on my chair i mean if this happens.. GLTAH
