It seems (keep in mind that I'm total amateur when it comes to legal matters) that GML need to have their ML in hand before the all important "Effective Date" of the Uranium bill.
Am I miss interpreting section 5 of the bill, and how do we interpret the transitional provisions of the bill??
What do the legal eagles out there think??
