I have worked out your question. Yes to a certain extent it is true that is why I referred to Rob Telson, Anil Mankar and Peter van der Made in their individual right as the implication is that they are fraudulently representing the technology and why I referred to criminal defamation.
While the company refers to having 55 employees we do not know the nature of their legal relationship and it may well be that the majority are independent contractors and the actual number of BRN employees is ten or less in which case then the company could indeed have a right to the protections provided by defamation.
