Let's take a look at the word patent for a moment...

    Dictionary definition:
a government authority or licence conferring a right or title for a set period, especially the sole right to exclude others from making, using, or selling an invention.

    Government explanation:
A patent is a right that is granted for any device, substance, method or process that is new, inventive and useful.A patent is a legally enforceable right to commercially exploit the invention for the life of the patent.

Now, let's talk about the world quickly and the macroeconomic, geopolitical landscape right now... Some people believe that what they hear on the the Channel 7 News (or any other channel's news) is the way things really work. These are the simpletons of the world. The ones who get stung by cold callers and believe that they save money by getting to the bar early for "happy hour." Telling them that reality goes against the narrative they believe in is like speaking to a llama in English. Llamas don't speak English -- actually, they don't actually speak any language you would ever speak to them. So, forget it. Okay. Let them be. Let's not pretend anything will make sense to them.

Those who think that the price of this stock going "down" recently is a sign that the patent does not have real value in the world are the same people who buy high and sell low. In other words, the losers of the world. If you do not understand the nature of the stock, you should really leave right now. It's not for you. Seriously. And if you don't understand the nature of the market, you do not even deserve a seat at the table. Better that you focus on on doing this: Work hard, look after your family, invest your money in your mortgage, live happily ever after. Nothing to be ashamed of.

The only thing that annoys me is the fact that people are sometimes rejecting the nature of the achievement here regarding the technology. In the end, its value will speak for itself. That's not a problem. The market's fickle nature is more related to human behaviour than it is to the work being done by the company. Anyone familiar with this game is well aware that I am speaking the truth. Easy example is Afterpay. Yes, I am aware that everyone knows how well it has done "now" but how many of you doubled down in March last year? Global pandemic... Oh no... People will stop buying online... Oh wait, they will actually do nothing but buy online from now on. Wow. Who does that benefit. All of a sudden, Afterpay is going from $12 to $120... Things change quickly. Pity those who sold out because "we're doomed!" Hahaha... Wow. They're always the same ones who know when to tell you things are bad but never the ones who know when things are good. So sad.

I made a sarcastic post the other day saying to "sell" because I found the price fluctuations so ridiculous. Some people here actually began berating me. It says a lot about online forums really. Hard to detect sarcasm, and easy to be antagonised. I just want to say this... I was joking. And... this is a good stock. Seriously. I don't even care what the market does for this stock within the next year, to be honest. I see ahead much further than that. I just find it funny to read how people become so emotionally involved. I suppose that is our nature as human beings. Either way, I wish you all the best of luck in your decisions and I hope you end up happy with whatever narrative you end up running with. Just remember, do your own research and don't listen to the majority of people you read/hear. Or do. Whatever.
