With iron ore prices in the $100/t Fortescue are unlikely to cut supply as it continues to generate significant profits around that mark. But higher-cost producers in China will likely curb output as the cost of production there is much higher ie about $100/t. China is likely in a world of pain at the moment re it’s domestic Chinese iron operations.
