    We've seen a similar post before.

    The patent examiner says that some of Daniel Tillett's claims in his MRD application lack novelty because Rothman (the former RAC CMO) and the Nagler 1 trial at Sheba allegedly were first.

    Not that any parties unknown to RAC were first.

    Amyway, this doesn't affect any trials other than a future MRD trial.
