I think ASM will get the $200M finance aid but not hopeful about more. There is a very big difference between what we gained in SK compared to the noises coming from Canberra. SK smoothed the process for siting a plant, provided some cash upfront and facilitated a host of business contacts... who then bought a 20% stake in Dubbo and will be creating a guaranteed market for ASM's product.
If DW's trip to the EU produces even a couple of MoU's I will be surprised. Not complaining, don't get me wrong... very necessary to explore all the options.
