SPP's are the worst things ever.
Kills the SP for 6 weeks as every holder sells around the SPP price.
SP can't go up because if it does, SH sell at 100 to buy at 95.
Lot's of cheap stock to buy on market.
Offer shares via allotment with 12c oppies and 1c strike, 2024 expiry.
(say CR is 6c . You give ADD 7c)
You like ADD and the leverage, you buy that.
SPP are just plain bad.
