In the Northern Territory, Mantle controls a number of large exploration leases near Barkly, all highly prospective for uranium and phosphate rock.

Mantle also controls tenements in North Queensland near Julia Creek, Charters Towers and in the Gulf of Carpentaria near Westmoreland, all prospective for uranium and base metals.

The Company’s Burke Project tenements, which were recently proposed for grant, are closely located to Laramide Resources’ Westmoreland deposit.

Talbot Group commenced its investment in Laramide Resources on the 17th August 2007.. The initial investment was a purchase of shares on the market at a price of C$5.88. Since that time, Talbot Group has continued to increase its investment in Laramide Resources. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Laramide Resources as at 30 June 2009 is 950,000.

Accordingly, as at 30 June 2009, Laramide Resources remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
