I spent quite a few hours reading about company's history a month ago. Based on that the company was not started as a medical device company for treatment of pancreatic cancer. Dr. Rager is i think founding director if i am not wrong and dr martin joined in 2017. It is only after dr martin joined OSL started new journey towards pancreatic cancer and hence these two gentleman are around longtime and unfortunately after 4 years we are still miles away from approval from US or Australia so it is time they leave gracefully and gives the company in a hand of Otto and any new director that joins him... IMO. It would be preferred them to resign before AGM to avoid spill.
Also, I hope that Otto don't get another accountant as a board member but try to get someone more relevant educationally for the industry OSL represent as it will allow future diversification if required.
I see there is need for OSL not just to start selling device in EU but also look at other opportunity where they can diversify without lengthy trials. Obviously they should talk to TGA to get this device back on AU market where they will be able to achieve sell much faster then EU .. IMO.
