Just split out non core assets to another entity creating SH value

All focus is on their current Julimar

Top twenty shareholders hold 64.58% of the company

Management own 13% approx

VMS

MC $70M

Management paid $1.05m last FY

Not great Management Team

Poor communicators with the market

To many assets on the go at one time - Gold, Copper, Tin, OI, Nickel and so on

Focus is everywhere

Low market confidence

Top twenty shareholders hold 22% of the company

Management own 2% approx

Based on the above this is my thoughts so take them or leave them

Management are overpaid to say the least based on performance - no more share issues for management

We need to spin of the Tasmanian assets into a separate entity than can focus on getting Mt Lindsay up and running

WA assets to have the shit drilled out of them to find out what we have got

There needs to be more expertise brought into the organisation to enable better communication but also strategic planning - sell it to the market and make things happen

Anyway something to consider as I am invested in VMS but want to see it set up for the best possible return to all shareholders.
