columbia the toll milling all up cost is 8gpt
so if they get a head grade of say 16gpt, then thats about $300 a tonne profit. I use that head grade because I assume they have focused on rich reef.
I dont know what they are hauling but lets say 80tpd as that is what NG previously quoted
so we get 80 x $300 = $24,000 profit per day, or approx $7million pa cash flow
thats a heck of a lot of money to be made from toll milling given the current market cap.
no where else in Australia is this type of toll milling set up available. I cant think of any Goldfields mines ( the only other place I know of where toll milling curently goes on) which have such rich and easily extracted ore
