I would be very interested to see evidence of this. As previously noted, executives and directors in a substantial number of organisations across the majority of sectors have reduced their salaries by between 25% and 50% on average as a contingency during COVID, This entity, which has been operating in upset conditions with substantial cashflow problems as a consequence of poor governance, stewardship and management, has elected to maintain or even increase senior executive and director remuneration.
