Chart looks ready for the next move up, maybe we can finally see 14-15c as support after an initial spike. Looking very similar to the last consolidation period.

From following CER and other smaller reits, I noticed they never seem to run when the market is running, but rather when the market is down or flat, I am expecting CER to run very soon with a price target of 18c
